La Mélopée
Classical music festivals organised by musicians
Five pianists, who met at the Paris Conservatory of Music and Dance (CNSMDP), and a cellist they met at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Brussels, founded the Association La Mélopée in 2024. They thus combined their desire to contribute to the accessibility and development of musical culture in France by organizing events, in addition to their current activities as artists and teachers: concerts, mediation, educational activities, etc. They seek to get involved in musical life in a new way to bring to life in France the classical music that inspires them.
The common thread running through the festivals is to make the quality of the concerts and artists presented the cornerstone of our identity. In addition to this requirement, we want to enhance the concerts with an event-based aspect that breaks down the barriers between artists and the audience.

Cultural Action
The festivals also showcase regional heritage. Concerts are held in iconic venues, and we also promote local products through partnerships with regional businesses, offering a truly immersive cultural experience.
Finally, we are committed to making music accessible to all. That is why we are developing a cultural outreach program, particularly for young people and audiences who are not regular concertgoers, in collaboration with the association “Les concerts de poche” to organize workshops.

To be able to offer during the Festivals of Les Songes Musicaux, high-quality concerts in emblematic venues of the regional heritage at low entry prices, and thus carry out our associative objective, we appeal to you , dear music lover or simply curious person seduced by our project. Thank you for your generosity!
